Not sure which appointment you need? Medical dermatology visits are for concerns such as acne, rashes, skin checks and chronic skin conditions. Aesthetic consultations cover injectables, skin rejuvenation, lasers and other cosmetic treatments, and wellness consults cover lab testing, weight loss, hormones and peptides.

After you book a medical dermatology appointment, you receive an email from noreply@ezderm.com. Verify your email, then create a username and password to sign in.
Yes, please. Check-in can be done on an iPad in the office, but finishing your intake questions and consent forms in the portal beforehand keeps wait times short.
You can review your appointment date and time and view counseling notes, diagnoses and treatment plans.
