How does pricing work at Dermagnify?
Aesthetic treatments are self-pay (coverage for wellness treatments varies by plan and indication, and our team will verify your benefits), and your exact price is confirmed at your consultation before any treatment begins. Botox, Dysport and Letybo are priced by area rather than by unit, starting at $350. Many other treatments are quoted from your plan, because the cost depends on the areas treated and the number of sessions. Medical dermatology visits are billed to Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida and Medicare.

Injectables
Priced by area, not by unit. Every package includes a personalized facial assessment, a customized treatment plan, a follow-up evaluation in 1 to 2 weeks and a touch-up if needed. VIP prices apply to DermagnifyVIP members.

CareCredit, cards and paying your bill
We accept self-pay, major credit cards, CareCredit and Cherry payment plans. Aesthetic treatments are self-pay, with payment due at the time of service; coverage for wellness treatments varies by plan and indication, and our team will verify your benefits.
For every visit, a credit card is kept on file for payment. Please note that we do not accept cash. Existing patients with a balance can pay online through our secure bill pay connected to EzDERM, from a phone, tablet or computer.
DermagnifyVIP membership
DermagnifyVIP is our membership program, powered by RepeatMD. For $20 a month, members unlock preferred pricing on every neurotoxin package, plus member-exclusive pricing, perks and rewards on select cosmetic and wellness services.
Members may apply accumulated Beauty Bank funds toward treatment purchases. Membership suits you best if you plan regular treatments through the year. VIP pricing for premium neurotoxin areas, such as neck bands and masseters, is available on request.

Insurance for medical dermatology
Medical dermatology visits are billed to insurance. We accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida and Medicare. We do not accept Medicaid plans. If you have out-of-network coverage, please confirm it with your plan before your appointment.
Total body skin exams are typically covered by most insurance plans as a preventive service, and medically necessary procedures are often covered. Payment is due at your visit and may include a copay, coinsurance or any unmet deductible. Cosmetic treatment is not covered by insurance.
