Dermagnify is a physician-led practice in Ponte Vedra Beach offering medical and surgical dermatology, aesthetics for the face, hair and body, and functional wellness. It was founded by Dr. Mark A. Cappel, MD, a double board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist, and every plan we build rests on his five pillars of health and wellness.

How the five pillars work together
Consider a woman in her late 40s or early 50s who has lost weight on a GLP-1 medication. The scale is moving, but her hair is thinning, her skin has loosened and she has lost muscle along with the fat. A dermatopathologist diagnoses skin disease by examining tissue samples under the microscope. Because Dr. Cappel is board certified in both dermatology and dermatopathology, he can correlate what he sees on your skin with what the tissue shows.
Yes. We provide medical and surgical dermatology, physician-led aesthetics and functional wellness care. When you book, choose a dermatology visit, an aesthetic consultation or a wellness consult.
