Booking a medical dermatology visit
For a medical skin concern such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, a rash, a skin check or another dermatologic condition, book a medical dermatology appointment. We accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida and Medicare.
Booking an aesthetic or wellness consultation
For injectables, skin rejuvenation, laser treatments, peptide therapy, medical weight loss or other aesthetic and wellness services, book a consultation with Dr. Mark A. Cappel, MD. Aesthetic and wellness treatments are self-pay.

We are at 100 Executive Way, Suite 114, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082, and serve patients throughout Northeast Florida, including Jacksonville and St. Augustine. On Executive Way, drive past Bank of America and turn right before Atlantic Self Storage.
