Results are read against functional optimal ranges, designed to catch early warning signs, and turned into a plan covering nutrition, movement, supplements and stress.

A regular checkup tests baseline markers and tends to flag problems once they have already developed. Journeys takes a proactive, preventive approach, testing a broader set of biomarkers to catch early signs of imbalance before they become bigger issues.

Your results guide the supplements we recommend. We offer ingredient-validated, medical-grade nutraceuticals selected for your exam and lab findings, to correct deficiencies and support how you feel and function.

Every Journey has built-in next steps. When your plan is complete you are notified about what comes next, whether that is retesting key markers, an updated supplement recommendation or a follow-up appointment.

After you purchase your lab test, you receive an email with clear instructions and a link to book your blood draw at a nearby Quest Diagnostics location. At-home collection is available for an additional fee.

You are emailed when your results are ready, typically 5 to 7 days after your draw. Each Journey is covered by one transparent price with no hidden fees, and many HSA and FSA accounts can be used to pay for it, so check eligibility with your plan administrator.
