Accessibility Statement

Rather than list standards, here is what this website does.

• Interactive elements can be reached and operated by keyboard, including the before and after comparison sliders, which respond to the arrow keys
• A skip link to the main content on every page
• Visible focus indicators
• Semantic landmarks and a single main heading per page, with headings in order
• Alternative text on meaningful images, and empty alt text on decorative ones
• Animation reduced when your device requests reduced motion
• Form fields with visible, associated labels rather than placeholder-only hints

The embedded Google maps on this site are third-party components, and their internal accessibility is outside our control. Our full address and a directions link are also provided as text.

The before and after sliders can be operated by keyboard but are visual by nature. Each carries a caption naming the treatment, but the comparison itself cannot be conveyed non-visually.

Some services we link to, such as patient portals, payment and financing providers and our membership program, are run by third parties and have their own accessibility practices.

If you have a specific access need for your visit, tell us when you book and we will talk through the arrangements with you before you arrive.

Email or call our office and describe what did not work, including the page and any assistive technology you were using. We treat accessibility reports as problems to fix, and we will let you know what we are doing about it.
